Anchor Strategies Workshop 2: Inclusive, Local Hiring

• Educate stakeholders on the inclusive, local hiring strategy
within the anchor mission and create a shared understanding
among the group.

• Provide examples of the inclusive local hiring strategy in practice, from peer institutions, including best practices and lessons learned. These examples will include both individual hospital plans and collaborative strategies at the county or regional levels.

• Provide space for stakeholders to articulate their initial steps (via the action planning template) towards realizing an inclusive
local hiring strategy internally, in their county, and regionally.

• Share the next steps for engagement within HASC and CLC.
